Documents required during online form filling process :-

1. 10th marksheet

2. 12th marksheet ( if available )

3. Income certificate

4. Nationality / Domicile Certificate

5. Diploma last semester marksheet

6. Diploma Passing Provisional Certificate

7. Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate ( L.C. / T. C. )

8. EWS Certificate ( only if you are applicable ) 

9. Caste Certificate ( Reserved Category Students )  

10. Valid Non-creamy Layer Certificate ( VJ-NT, SEBC, OBC, SC category )

11. Caste validity Certificate ( Reserved category Students )

Documents required during Admission Process :-

1. Final Allotment letter from website : (www.dse21.mahacet.org.in)

2. Receipt cum Acknowledgement of seat Acceptance fees paid by candidate login.

3. SSC marksheet 

4. HSC marksheet ( if Applicable )

5. Diploma all Semester marksheet 1 to 6 

6. Diploma passing Certificate

7. T.C. / College leaving Certificate

8. Migration certificate ( you can apply and later submit in college )

9.  Nationality / Domicile Certificate

10. Caste Certificate ( Reserved Category Students )  

11. Valid Non-creamy Layer Certificate ( VJ-NT, SEBC, OBC, SC category )

Process of application: The Candidate shall register online, the candidate shall fill & submit online application form and upload the required documents from anywhere through the computer connected to internet and he/she need not have to visit personally for verification and confirmation of the application form in case of E- scrutiny mode selected. his/her application & documents shall be verified and confirmed by the designated E-Scrutiny Center through online mode or if candidate selected Physical Scrutiny he need to visit nearest FC Centre.

Online Registration for Admission: -

1.1   The candidates should apply online on www.mahacet.org as per schedule.

1.2   Candidates are required to pay fees mentioned below only by Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking etc. through Online mode. Fees paid is non-refundable. (No other mode of payment shall be permitted.)

General Category Candidates from Maharashtra State and All India Candidature (Rs. 800/-)

Reserved Category Candidates of Backward Class Categories [SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, SBC, EWS] and Persons with Disability Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only. (Rs. 600/-)

The activities and schedule dates for Maharashtra State/All India Candidates are as follows.

1. a)  By Maharashtra State/All India Candidates shall fill online application form and upload the required documents from any computer connected to internet from anywhere.

   Process for E-Scrutiny Mode selected candidates:

   1.  Such candidate shall fill online application form and scan original document and upload the required documents from any computer/smartphone connected to internet from anywhere.

   2.  Such candidate need not have to visit to FC for verification and confirmation of the application form. his/her application & documents shall be verified and confirmed by the FC through e-Scrutiny Mode.

   3. During e-Scrutiny of Application Form of such candidate:

   ·        If no error is found: the status of verification & confirmation of the application form shall be available in candidates Login along with receipt cum Acknowledgement.

   ·        If error is found: the details of errors shall be intimated to candidates by reverting back his/her Application for its rectification through candidates Login.

   ·        Candidate shall edit the reverted Application form and re-submit the application for e-Scrutiny through his/her login.

   ·        Candidate shall edit the reverted Application in given schedule e-Scrutiny through his/her login.

   Process for Physical Scrutiny Mode selected Candidates

   ·        Such candidate shall visit the facilitation Center online selected by himself/herself, along with the required documents as per the allotted time slot for online filling, scanning & uploading of required documents, verification and confirmation of application form.

   ·        After verification & Confirmation of application form, FC shall issue the receipt cum Acknowledgement.

   The status of Confirmation shall be available in candidates Login along with receipt cum Acknowledgement.   02-11-2021   16*-11-2021  up to 5:00 p.m

·       Candidate shall raise the Grievance about correction required in the data displayed in provisional merit list through his/her Login. The application of such candidates shall be reverted back to the candidate in his/her Login for rectification.

·       Candidate shall upload the requisite documents to substantiate the claim for any correction/concession.

·       The status of acceptance/rejection of Grievance raised by candidate shall be available in candidates Login along with latest receipt cum Acknowledgement. Those Candidate who selected physical scrutiny mode shall visit FC for resolving the grievances. 18-11-2021      20-11-2021   Up to 5.00PM
